DIVINE MANDATE COMMUNITY SERVICE ARRIVES ETINAN

There was joy and festivity in Etinan Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom as the Divine Mandate Community Service made a stop over at Ikot Abasi community to share the message of good governance to the people.

The enthusiastic crowd of men, women and youths expressed appreciation to the state Governor, Mr Udom Emmanuel, for having the interest of the people at heart.

They also testified to have benefited immensely in the numerous human capacity development projects and relative peace currently witnessed across the state.

They enumerated some of the projects to include the revamped Etinan General Hospital, as well as the free, compulsory and qualitative education policy of the state, good road networks, and other developmental projects executed across the state.

The people reaffirmed their resolve to support Governor Emmanuel's reelection come 2019 for stopping kidnapping and reducing crime rate in the state.

Divine Mandate Community Service is an initiative of the Governor aimed at touching the lives of the citizens right at the grassroots.

Some edible food items were shared to people in the community as part of the love of the Governor for his people.

Some aides of Governor Udom Emmanuel who propagated the message include Essien Ndueso, Godfada Uko and Joseph Okon.

It could be recalled that the Divine Mandate Community service had last week anchored at Eket Mobil Mart,  we're hundreds of people got home with food items.

The people commended the governor for his lofty programmes and projects in the locality,  pledging their support to him, to continue to do more.

Speaking at the occasion,  Mr Essien Ndueso maintained that the community service propelled by the Governor which started in November 2015, has led to charity services at various orphanages and hospitals in the state.
