2019 ELECTION: BARR. ANIEFIOK EKWERE PICKS PDP NOMINATION FORM.

Ahead of the 2019 general elections, more aspirants on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) picked their nomination forms with a promise to ensure victory for the party at the election.

Among those who picked the expression of interest and nomination forms for Esit-Eket/Ibeno State constituency Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly, include Barr. Aniefiok Ekwere, with mission to service  humanity as a servant leader and assured that his will would certainly prevail.

Ekwere, speaking to news men after picking the official nomination form to contest in the race promised to offer is constituency a proactive representation. His aspiration is geared towards making life suitable for the living of his people.

He assure the good people of Esit-Eket and Ibeno local government of his commitment towards a better and more organized constituency where rule of law will reign supreme, quality infrastructure provided employment and sustainable empowerment given to the people.

According to Ekwere, he expressed confidence that his experience in the law firm will give him an edge because he knows the duties of a legislature and which is a credit to him that will bring about  sustainable development in the constituency.

He said if given the opportunity, his administration will put into consideration agricultural mechanization, oil and gas politics, youth development and more empowerment to better the life's of his constituency.

Ekwere, Further by urging Esit-Eket/ Ibeno LGA to remain patient and that the days of bad leadership, recklessness and deceit are almost behind the people of the constituency, adding that they should join hands to support the reelection of Gov. Udom Emmanuel which will bring more industrialization and other projects to the state at large.

POPULAR AKWA IBOM RADIO PRESENTER, MARGARET ESHIET DEAD Popular radio presenter, Madam Margaret Eshiet is dead. She worked in Akwa Ibom Broadcasting Corporation (AKBC) and was a darling to teeming listeners of radio where she held sway as a goddess of the airwaves. She presented popular Ibibio program, "Sibaba Sibaba" on AKBC Radio. She retired from the employ of AKBC few years ago.
