PDP PARTY CHAIRMAN INAUGURATES COUNCILLORS' FORUM EXECUTIVES IN AKWA IBOM STATE.


After the just concluded INEC stakeholders meeting held on Monday 06, 2019, at Ibom hall in Uyo  Akwa Ibom State.

Obong Paul Ekpo, state chairman of PDP  inaugurates 329 councillors in Akwa Ibom, which the forum is chaired by Hon (Barr)  Bassey Bassey as chairman. The event took place at the PDP state secretariat, Edet Akpan avenue, Uyo.

Obong Ekpo, PDP chairman of chairmen in Nigeria in his remarks, charged councillors to ensure that their primary assignment is to deliver Gov.Udom Emmanuel come 2019.

According to Obong Ekpo, he urged the councillors to educate the general puplic the need for the sensitization and collection of Permanent Voter's Card (PVC) in 329 wards across the state.

Furthermore, during the inauguration the councillors in their remarks confirmed that they have fully endorse Gov . Udom Emmanuel for second term and promise giving the Governor their support.

    With this structure PDP in Akwa Ibom State stand a better change to win in 2019.

POPULAR AKWA IBOM RADIO PRESENTER, MARGARET ESHIET DEAD Popular radio presenter, Madam Margaret Eshiet is dead. She worked in Akwa Ibom Broadcasting Corporation (AKBC) and was a darling to teeming listeners of radio where she held sway as a goddess of the airwaves. She presented popular Ibibio program, "Sibaba Sibaba" on AKBC Radio. She retired from the employ of AKBC few years ago.
